摘要
目的:优化现有住院床位预约系统,为患者提供高效有序的入院服务。方法:基于信息技术,构建一体化的“互联网+床位预约”自助床位预约平台,对临床工作端、病房护士管理端、服务中心床位管理端、微信互联网医院端4个板块进行改造和优化。结果:一体化住院床位预约入院系统明显提高了预约效率和床位使用率,降低了患者就医的时间成本,减少了转诊患者等床时间及手续办理环节,改善了患者就医体验。结论:一体化自助预约入院管理模式高效、便捷,增强了医院的便民服务能力,提高了医疗智能化应用水平。
Objective To optimize the existing inpatient bed reservation system and provide efficient and orderly admission services for patients.Methods Based on information technology,an integrated self-service bed reservation platform of"Internet+bed reservation"was constructed to transform and optimize four sections,including clinical work terminal,ward nurse management terminal,service center bed management terminal,and Wechat Internet hospital terminal were modified and optimized.Results The integrated inpatient bed reservation and admission system has significantly improved the reservation efficiency and bed utilization rate,reduced the time cost of patients,reduced the waiting time and procedures for referral patients,which improved patients'experience.Conclusion The integrated self-service appointment and admission management mode is efficient and convenient,which enhances the convenience service ability of the hospital and improves the level of intelligent application in medical service.
