摘要
根据运营医院预约诊疗服务中心的经验,探讨了医院服务中心的定位、人力配置、如何提升运营管理效率等问题,以推动各医院预约诊疗服务中心的建设,将卫生部要求三级医院施行预约诊疗服务的要求落到实处。
Based on the experience of operation hospital reservation service center,the role,human resource allocation and operation efficiency of hospital reservation service center were discussed to promote reservation service center construction in other hospitals and to meet the requirement of implementing reservation service in tertiary hospital by Ministry of Health.
