摘要
给带式输送机施加一定的张紧力,可确保滚筒、输送带之间作用力高效传递,避免出现打滑等问题。基于此,在对带式输送机运行受力分析基础上,提出一种综合液压缸、张紧绞车的张紧力控制装置,并对该装置关键设备选型、控制原理以及技术优势等进行分析。其中张紧力控制装置可根据带式输送机不同工况需要提供合适的张紧力,确保带式输送机始终高效、平稳运行。
Applying a certain tensioning force to the belt conveyor can ensure efficient transfer of forces between the drum and the conveyor belt and avoid problems such as slippage.Based on the analysis of the belt conveyor operating forces,a tensioning force control device with integrated hydraulic cylinder and tensioning winch is proposed,and the key equipment selection,control principle and technical advantages of the device are analysed.The proposed tensioning force control device can provide suitable tensioning force according to the different working conditions of the belt conveyor,ensuring that the belt conveyor always runs efficiently and smoothly.
