摘要
针对带式输送机出现的断带等故障问题,分析传统张紧装置存在的缺陷,设计带式输送机自动张紧装置。结果表明:自动张紧装置20 s内就可以实现带式输送机平稳的工作并且实时调整输送带张力大小,保证了输送机运输工作的平稳进行。
In view of the belt breaking and other faults of the belt conveyor, the defects of the traditional tensioning device are analyzed, and the automatic tensioning device of the belt conveyor is designed. The results show that the automatic tensioning device can realize the smooth operation of the belt conveyor and adjust the belt tension in real time within 20 seconds, which ensures the smooth transportation of the conveyor.
