摘要
为保证带式输送机安全正常运行,基于带式输送机的摩擦传动原理,对胶带受力进行分析,计算驱动滚筒对胶带的摩擦驱动力,分析了该机构的组成部分,零部件选型和张紧力控制的工作原理。实践表明:通过张紧力控制系统,皮带张紧行程可达20 m,改变输送机胶带的张紧力,胶带磨损消耗降低30%。
In order to ensure the safe and normal operation of the belt conveyor, based on the friction transmission principle of the belt conveyor, the force of the belt is analyzed, the friction driving force of the driving drum to the belt is calculated, and the components of the mechanism are analyzed. The selection of parts and the working principle of tension force control show that through the tension force control system, the belt tension stroke can reach 20 m, and the tension force of the conveyor belt can be changed. The wear consumption of adhesive tape is reduced by 30%.
