摘要
为解决振动筛在实际生产过程中所激励的振动不仅会影响筛分效果而且会对生产安全造成影响的问题,在对工作现场振动筛设备运行工况分析的基础上,设计相应的振动检测方案对其振动特性进行测试,寻求薄弱环节,为减振方案提出奠定基础,最后通过消振和隔振两项措施达到了预期的减振效果。
In order to solve the problem that the vibration stimulated by the vibrating screen in the actual production process not only affects the screening effect but also has an impact on the production safety,on the basis of the analysis of the operating conditions of the vibrating screen equipment at the work site,the corresponding vibration detection scheme is designed to test its vibration characteristics,seek the weak link,lay the foundation for the vibration reduction scheme,and finally achieve the expected vibration reduction effect through two measures of vibration elimination and vibration isolation.The expected vibration damping effect was achieved through two measures:vibration dissipation and vibration isolation.
