摘要
电梯制动器失效在电梯伤亡事故原因中占据较大比例。当前多数老旧电梯难以按照新电梯的监测方法实现制动器制动性能的监测。为此,本文提出了一种基于图像处理的电梯制动器监测方法,通过采集制动过程中制动轮的旋转图像,应用图像的傅里叶频谱分析确定制动轮实际旋转角度,结合历次数据综合判断制动器性能变化情况,实现了非破坏性的电梯制动器监测,对提高电梯安全水平、预防和减少电梯事故具有重要意义。
A large proportion of elevator accidents are caused by elevator brake failure.Currently,it is difficult to monitor the brake performance of old elevators according to the monitoring methods of new elevators.Therefore,this article proposes a method for monitoring elevator brakes based on image processing.This method collects rotation images of the brake wheel during the braking process,applies Fourier spectrum analysis of the images to determine the actual rotation angle of the brake wheel,and further combines previous data to comprehensively judge the changes in brake performance.It achieves non-destructive elevator brake monitoring,which is meaningful for improving elevator safety level,preventing and reducing elevator accidents.
