摘要
鉴于国家标准和特种设备安全技术规范TSGT7001-2009《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则-曳引与强制驱动电梯》对电梯制动器机械部件的安全要求,本文对电梯制动器在各种温度下的电阻率、提拉力进行分析。推导出了提拉力与电阻率的实时变化关系,计算出了提拉力在实际情况下的损失。为电梯使用单位及时对电梯机房采取降温措施,保障在用电梯安全平稳运行提供理论指导。
According to the national standard and the safety technical specification TSG T7001-2009 Regulation for Lift Supervision Inspection and Periodical Inspection-Traction and Positive Drive Lift for the safety requirements of mechanical components of elevator brakes,this paper discusses the safety of elevator brakes at various temperatures.The resistivity and uplift force of the samples were analyzed.We have deduced the real-time change relationship between lift force and resistivity,and calculated the loss of lift force under actual conditions,which provides theoretical guidance for elevator users to take timely cooling measures to the elevator machine room in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the elevator.
