摘要
目的对比分析德谷胰岛素与甘精胰岛素在2型糖尿病(type 2 giabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月经宜兴市第二人民医院治疗的80例T2DM患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将患者分为甘精胰岛素组(40例)和德谷胰岛素组(40例)。甘精胰岛素组进行甘精胰岛素治疗,德谷胰岛素组进行德谷胰岛素治疗。比较分析两组治疗前、治疗3个月后的血糖水平、血糖波动情况、低血糖发生情况。结果治疗前,两组各项血糖指标和血糖波动指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组的FPG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),德谷胰岛素组的2 hPG、HbA1c、最大血糖波动幅度、餐后血糖波动幅度低于甘精胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);德谷胰岛素组的低血糖总发生率5.00%低于甘精胰岛素组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于T2DM患者而言,德谷胰岛素的临床整体治疗效果优于甘精胰岛素,能更为显著地改善患者的餐后血糖值、糖化血红蛋白,降低血糖波动幅度,减少低血糖事件的发生风险。
Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of Degludec insulin and glargine insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,80 patients with T2DM treated in the Second People's Hospital of Yixing City were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into insulin glargine group(40 cases)and insulin degludec group(40 cases).The insulin glargine group was treated with insulin glargine,and the insulin degludec group was treated with insulin degludec.The blood glucose level,blood glucose fluctuation and hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose indexes and blood glucose fluctuation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in FPG between the two groups(P>0.05).The 2 hPG,HbA1c,maximum blood glucose fluctuation and postprandial blood glucose fluctuation in the insulin degludec group were lower than those in the insulin glargine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of hypoglycemia in the insulin degludec group was 5.00%lower than that in the insulin glargine group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with T2DM,the overall clinical treatment effect of degludec insulin is better than that of glargine insulin,and it can more significantly improve the postprandial glucose value and glycosylated hemoglobin,reduce the magnitude of blood glucose fluctuation,and reduce the risk of hypogly cemic events,so it has certain application value and can be used for reference and promotion.
