摘要
目的观察2型糖尿病患者联用德谷胰岛素和阿卡波糖进行治疗的效果,并评析该治疗方案对患者2 hPG、HbA1c等指标水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月南宁市前海人寿广西医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组40例患者在常规降糖治疗方案的基础上加用阿卡波糖,观察组40例患者则在常规降糖治疗方案的基础上联用德谷胰岛素和阿卡波糖,比较两组治疗效果和治疗前后的糖脂代谢指标水平、氧化应激指标水平和药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的SOD水平高于对照组,MDA、IL-6水平则低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病肾病患者联用德谷胰岛素和阿卡波糖治疗,不仅能够提升治疗效果,更能够促进患者糖脂代谢和氧化应激指标的改善,对于患者身体健康的保障有着重要的意义。
Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment with degludec insulin and acarbose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to evaluate the effect of this treatment regimen on the levels of 2hPG(2h postprandial glucose),HbA1c(glycosylated hemoglobin)and other indexes in patients.Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Nanning Qianhai Life Insurance Guangxi Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by using the random digital table method.Forty patients in the control group were added with acarbose on the basis of the conventional hypoglycemic treatment scheme,and 40 patients in the observation group were combined with Degu insulin and acarbose on the basis of the conventional hypoglycemic treatment scheme.The treatment effect,glucose and lipid metabolism index level,oxidative stress index level and adverse drug reaction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,TC,and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statisti cally significant(P<0.05).The SOD levels of the observation group patients after treatment were higher than that of the control group,while the levels of MDA and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes nephropathy patients with insulin digitalis and acarbose can not only improve the treatment effect,but also promote the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism and oxidative stress indicators of patients,which is of great significance for the protection of patients'health.
