摘要
目的对比德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽与甘精胰岛素在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者中的血糖控制效果及安全性。方法回顾性选取2023年5月—2025年5月期间清远市清城区人民医院收治的87例T2DM患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分组。对照组(n=43)采用甘精胰岛素治疗,研究组(n=44)则采用德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽治疗。比较两组血糖、血脂水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,相较于研究组,对照组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、不良反应发生率均更高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽在T2DM治疗中可改善血糖及血脂代谢,且安全性高于甘精胰岛素。
Objective To compare the blood glucose control efficacy and safety of insulin degludec/liraglutide and insulin glargine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 87 T2DM patients admitted to Qingcheng District People's Hospital of Qingyuan City from May 2023 to May 2025 were collected retrospectively.The patients were grouped according to different treatment methods.The control group(43 cases)and the study group(44 cases)were treated with insulin glargine and insulin degludec/liraglutide,respectively.The blood glucose levels,lipid profiles and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the study group,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group were higher,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin degludec/liraglutide can improve blood glucose and lipid metabolism in the treatment of T2DM,and has higher safety than insulin glargine.
