摘要
目的观察氯吡格雷联合二甲双胍对糖尿病伴冠心病患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取公安县中医医院2021年11月—2022年11月收治的糖尿病伴冠心病患者100例作为研究对象,使用数字随机法将所有患者分成对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用氯吡格雷联合达格列净治疗,观察组采用氯吡格雷联合二甲双胍治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果观察组患者的总有效率92.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的血清FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病伴冠心病患者选择氯吡格雷联合二甲双胍治疗能更好地提高治疗效果,改善患者的FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c水平。
Objective To observe the effect of clopidogrel combined with metformin on the treatment effect of patients with diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease admitted to Gong'an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 patients in each group by digital randomization.The control group was treated with Clopidogrel combined with Dapagliflozin,and the observation group was treated with Clopidogrel combined with Metformin.The treatment effect,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)and glycated hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 92.00%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Clopidogrel and Metformin for diabetes patients with coronary heart disease can better improve the therapeutic effect and improve the FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c levels of patients.
