摘要
目的探讨尿糖联合尿微量白蛋白检验诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤的价值。方法研究选取2021年4月—2022年9月三明市沙县区总医院收治的76例糖尿病患者为观察组,其中无肾损伤患者38例,糖尿病早期肾损伤38例,另择取同期于本院体检的38名健康者为对照组,均行尿糖、尿微量白蛋白检验,比较检验结果。结果观察组尿糖水平及尿微量白蛋白水平相比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组内肾损伤患者的尿糖水平及尿微量白蛋白水平相比无肾损伤患者更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断效能优于二者单独检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病早期肾损伤的临床诊断中联合检验尿糖及尿微量白蛋白效果确切。
Objective To investigate the value of urine glucose combined with urine microalbumin test for the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetes mellitus.Methods In this study,76 diabetic patients admitted to Shaxian District General Hospital of Sanming City from April 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the observation group,including 38 patients with no kidney injury and 38 patients with early diabetic kidney injury,and 38 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Urine glucose and urinary microalbumin tests were performed to compare the test results.Results The levels of urinary sugar and urinary microalbumin in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of urinary sugar and urinary microalbumin in patients with renal injury in observation group were higher than those in patients without renal injury,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic efficacy of combined test for early diabetic kidney injury was better than that of single test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined test of urinary sugar and urinary microalbumin is effective in the clinical diagnosis of early diabetic kidney injury.
