摘要
目的探讨思维导图的运用在国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(Metabolic Management Center,MMC)糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2021年4月—2022年2月潮州市人民医院内分泌风湿免疫老年医学科门诊收治的100例糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组50例。研究组运用思维导图开展对MMC糖尿病患者健康教育,同期对照组采用常规门诊健康宣教模式。比较两组患者健康教育干预前后的血糖控制及糖尿病知识掌握情况。结果入组后,两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平及糖尿病知识掌握情况均得到明显改善均优于入组前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入组后,研究组FPG(5.87±1.15)mmol/L低于对照组FPG水平(7.68±2.28)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.028,P<0.05)。入组后,两组HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入组后,研究组问卷知识得分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.463,P<0.05)。结论在MMC糖尿病患者健康教育中应用思维导图方式后,血糖控制水平更佳,同时DM患者糖尿病知识掌握程度更高,有助于调动DM患者健康教育知识的学习的主动性,积极性,从而达到促进糖尿病的预防与治疗。
Objective To explore the effect of the use of mind map in the application of health education for patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)in the National Metabolic Management Center(MMC).Methods A total of 100 diabetic patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Rheumatism and Immunology,Geriatrics,Chaozhou People's Hospital from April 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The study group used mind mapping to carry out health education for MMC diabetes patients,while the control group used routine outpatient health education mode during the same period.Blood sugar control and diabetes knowledge before and after health education intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After enrollment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and diabetes knowledge in two groups were significantly improved compared with before enrollment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After admission,the FPG level of the study group(5.87±1.15)mmol/L was lower than that of the control group(7.68±2.28)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.028,P<0.05).After enrollment,there was no significant difference in HbA1c between the two groups(P>0.05).After enrollment,the questionnaire knowledge score of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.463,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping in the health education of MMC patients with diabetes results in better blood glucose control and higher mastery of diabetes knowledge in DM patients,which helps to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of DM patients in learning health education knowledge,so as to promote the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
