摘要
目的:分析基于短视频平台对糖尿病患者进行健康教育的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年4月中山大学附属第三医院收治的糖尿病住院患者60例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(传统健康教育干预)和观察组(基于短视频平台的健康教育干预),各30例。对比两组血糖水平、自我管理行为评分、疾病不确定感评分、满意度。结果:干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组平衡饮食、规律运动、监测血糖、足部护理、遵医嘱用药评分及总分升高,不确定性、复杂性、信息缺乏、不可预测性评分降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:基于短视频平台的健康教育干预有助于降低糖尿病患者血糖水平,增强自我管理能力,减轻疾病不确定感,提高满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of health education on diabetic patients based on short video platform.Methods:A total of 60 diabetic inpatients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected for the study and divided into a control group(traditional health education intervention)and an observation group(health education intervention based on short video platform)by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The blood glucose level,self-management behavior score,disease uncertainty score,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores and total scores of balanced diet,regular exercise,blood glucose monitoring,foot care,and medication according to doctor's orders in the two groups increased,and the scores of uncertainty,complexity,lack of information,and unpredictability decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:Health education intervention based on short video platform can help lower the blood glucose level of diabetic patients,enhance self-management ability,reduce the uncertainty of the disease,and improve satisfaction.
