对糖尿病足患者实施胫骨骨搬移骨膜牵张微循环再生技术治疗的临床效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究糖尿病足患者实施胫骨骨搬移骨膜牵张微循环再生技术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年10月来宾市人民医院收治的糖尿病足患者30例作为研究对象,依照随机投掷法分为对照组和试验组,每组各15例。两组患者均实施常规基础性治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用疮疡贴湿化再生治疗,试验组实施胫骨骨搬移骨膜牵张微循环再生技术治疗。对两组患者的溃疡面愈合情况、住院时间、血糖控制平稳时间、足部溃疡愈合率、保肢率、皮温、踝肱指数及神经功能缺损情况进行评价,展开组间对比。结果治疗后试验组足部溃疡愈合率与保肢率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患足皮温、踝肱指数(ABI)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MNSI评分及10 g尼龙丝试验评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨骨搬移骨膜牵张微循环再生技术治疗糖尿病足临床效果显著,促进溃疡面愈合,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tibial bone transfer and periosteum stretching microcirculation regeneration technology in patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 30 patients with diabetic foot admitted to and treated in the People’s Hospital of Laibin from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=15)and the experimental group(n=15)according to the random throwing method.Patients in both groups received conventional basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with moisturizing regeneration treatment of sore plaster,while the experimental group was treated with tibial bone transfer and periosteum stretching microcirculation regeneration technology.The healing status of ulcer surface,hospitalization time,stable time of blood glucose control,healing rate of foot ulcer,limb salvage rate,skin temperature,ankle-brachial index and neurological function defects of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the healing rate of foot ulcer and limb salvage rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score in the experimental group was remarkably lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin temperature and ankle-brachial index(ABI)of the affected foot in the experimental group were remarkably higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of MNSI and 10 g Semmes-Weinstein monofilament examination were remarkably lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot with tibial bone transfer and periosteum stretching microcirculation regeneration technology has obvious clinical efficacy,which can enhance the healing of ulcer surface.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
