摘要
目的探讨Ilizarov技术胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月某医院收治的36例通过Ilizarov技术胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗的糖尿病足溃疡患者。记录糖尿病足溃疡愈合率,对比术前和术后3个月患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、创面面积、踝肱指数(ABI)及患足皮温等。结果术后创面愈合率为94.44%(34/36);36例患者术后3个月VAS评分和创面面积与术前情况相比较明显减小,ABI和患足皮温高与术前情况相比较明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ilizarov技术胫骨横向骨搬移术有助于促进糖尿病足溃疡患者创面愈合,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of transverse tibial bone transport by Ilizarov technique for treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods This study selected 36 patients with diabetic foot ulcertreated by Ilizarov technique in a hospital from December 2017 to December 2019.This study moved on to record the healing rate of diabetic foot ulcerand to compare the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),the woundarea,ankle-brachial index(ABI),and skin temperature of the patients before operation and in 3 months after operation.Results The wound healing rate was 94.44%(34/36).The scores of VAS and wound area of 36 patients in 3 months after operation significantly decreased in comparison with those before operation.The ABI and skin temperature of the affected foot significantly increased in comparison with those before operation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ilizarov technique is helpful to promote wound healing of diabetic foot ulcer,it is worthy of clinical application.
