摘要
在福建省科技特派员工作大数据的基础上,选取2019—2021年科技特派员服务数据进行综合评价、分类考核,一类为考核合格线,考核结果另一类为优秀科技特派员,主要从政策宣传、科技传播、创新创业、带头致富等4个纬度进行评价,并运用熵权法确定各指标权重。研究结果表明所构建的评价指标体系是合理的,同时凸显分类评价的重要性,应该从不同层面对科技特派员进行分类评价。
Based on the big data of the work of science and technology commissioners,this study selects the service data of science and technology commissioners from 2019 to 2021 for comprehensive evaluation research and classified evaluation.One is the passing line for the assessment,the other is the outstanding science and technology commissioners;the latter is constructed from the four dimensions of policy promotion,technology dissemination,innovation and entrepreneurship,and taking the lead in getting rich;and the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index.The research results show that the evaluation index system constructed is reasonable,and also highlights the importance of classified evaluation,that is,the classification evaluation of science and technology commissioners should be carried out from different levels.
