轨枕用高强复合路基材料配比优化及应用耐久性评价 被引量:3

Optimization of proportions and durability evaluation of application for high-strength composite subgrade materials for railway sleepers

摘要 针对铁路轨枕混凝土耐性不足,在恶劣环境中易出现开冰开裂的问题,提出通过粉煤灰和矿粉对轨枕混凝土进行优化,并对优化后混凝土性能进行研究。结果表明:当粉煤灰和矿粉总掺量为30%,粉煤灰和矿粉比例为2∶1时,制备的轨枕混凝土耐性最佳。此时,混凝土28、56 d电阻率分别为108.0、144.0 kΩ·cm,电通量分别为744、327 C;氯离子扩散系数分别为4.12×10^(-12)、1.62×10^(-12)m^(2)/s。此时轨枕混凝土电通量和电阻率均满足TB/T 3275—2018规定的混凝土强度超过C50,设计使用年限100年的要求,表现出良好的耐久性。 In response to the insufficient durability of railway sleeper concrete and the problem of ice cracking in harsh environments,it is proposed to optimize the sleeper concrete using fly ash and mineral powder,and to study the performance of the optimized concrete.The experimental results showed that when the total content of fly ash and mineral powder was 30%,and the ratio of fly ash and mineral powder was 2∶1,the prepared sleeper concrete had the best resistance.At this point,the electrical resistivity of concrete at 28 d and 56 d was 108.0 kΩ·cm and 144.0 kΩ·cm,respectively;Electric flux was 744 C and 327 C respectively;The diffusion coefficients of chloride ions were 4.12×10^(-12)m^(2)/s and 1.62×10^(-12)m^(2)/s。This indicates that the electric flux and resistivity of sleeper concrete meet the requirements of TB/T 3275—2018 Railway Concrete for concrete strength exceeding C50 and design service life of 100 years,showing good resistance.
