摘要
为探究不同细度机制砂石粉对轨枕混凝土耐久性能的影响,对4种不同细度石粉轨枕混凝土的工作性能及不同养护机制下混凝土抗压强度进行研究。此外对比分析了4种细度石粉轨枕混凝土电通量和在90、120、150次干湿循环状态下抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着石粉细度的增大,轨枕混凝土的和易性得到了明显改善。在不同养护机制下,石粉细度对混凝土的抗压强度影响不同,在蒸养条件下,石粉细度对混凝土抗压强度的提高作用主要体现在长龄期;随着石粉细度的增大,轨枕混凝土电通量在各龄期均呈下降趋势,且抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力不断增强,更细的石粉使混凝土结构更加密实,提高了轨枕混凝土的耐久性能。
In order to explore the effect of sand powder with different fineness mechanism on the durability of sleeper concrete,the working properties of four kinds of stone powder sleeper concrete with different fineness and the compressive strength of concrete under different curing mechanisms were studied.In addition,the electric flux and sulfate corrosion resistance of four kinds of fine stone powder sleeper concrete under 90,120 and 150 dry-wet cycles were compared and analyzed.The results show that the workability of sleeper concrete is improved with the increase of fineness of stone powder,and the effect of fineness of stone powder on the compressive strength of concrete is different under different curing mechanisms,and the effect of fineness of stone powder on the compressive strength of concrete is mainly reflected in the long age period.With the increase of the fineness of stone powder,the electric flux of sleeper concrete decreases at all ages,and the sulfate corrosion resistance is continuously enhanced.Finer stone powder makes the concrete structure more compact and improves the resistance of sleeper concrete.
