摘要
介绍了我国专科护士培养的必要性和可行性,并针对我国目前对专科护士的需求及专科护士发展面临的障碍,从专科护士的培养对象、方法、时间等方面进行了讨论。
It introduced both the necessity and feasibility for training of professional nurses. And it discussed both the needs for professional nurses in China and the disorders of the development of professional nurses faced at present from aspects of training objects, methods, and training time.
