摘要
两面针是广西道地药材,具有活血化瘀、行气止痛、祛风通络、解毒消肿的功效,为临床常用中药。两面针具有多种生物活性及药理作用,越来越多含两面针的中医药处方制剂被广泛应用。从两面针药味出发,分析了两面针药味与传统功效的联系,并将中药传统与现代研究相联系,基于功效对两面针的药理作用进行综述。结合相关临床研究,对含两面针处方制剂的主治疾病进行分类频次占比统计分析,形成两面针“药味-功效-药理作用-主治疾病-处方制剂”的对应关联,以期为两面针临床合理用药和新药研发提供参考。
Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix)is a Guangxi-specific medicinal herb,with the efficacy of activating blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,dispelling wind and removing toxins and detumescence by detoxification,and is a commonly used Chinese medicine in clinical practice.Due to a variety of biological activities and pharmacological effects of Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix),more and more traditional Chinese medicine prescription preparations containing Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix)are widely used.Starting from the medicinal flavor of Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix),this paper analyzed the relationship between the medicinal flavors and traditional efficacy of Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix),linked the traditional Chinese medicine with modern research,and summarized the pharmacological effects of Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix)based on its efficacy.In combination with relevant clinical research,statistical analysis of the classification frequency of prescription preparations containing Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix)for main disease treatment was conducted.A corresponding relationship of“herb flavor-efficacy-pharmacological effect-disease-prescription”of Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix)was finally formed,in the expectation of providing a reference for the rational clinical use and new drug development of Liangmianzhen(Zanthoxyli Radix).
