摘要
为适应大数据条件下打造数据警务、智慧公安的迫切需求,基于大数据条件下公安实战机理,构建面向数据警务的虚拟对抗系统,包括虚拟对抗警务大数据平台、虚拟对抗实验室和虚拟对抗作战室,通过面向实战的虚拟数据生成、多类型融合建模、全方位协同作战场景建构等方案,有效解决公安实战化教学中面临的依托资源、建模思路、实战环境等核心问题,并且按照“监测→预测→预警→决策”一体化教学训练流程,在恐怖袭击场景下开展以虚拟对抗作战室为核心的数据警务教学实践,为提升实战化教学效果、构建前瞻性教学模式提供系统化、创新性理论参考。
In order to meet the urgent needs of building data policing and intelligent public security in the eraof big data,a virtual confrontation system for data policing is constructed based on the actual combat mechanism of public security under the condition of big data.This system made up of a virtual confrontation policing big data platform,a virtual confrontation laboratory and a virtual confrontation operation room,can effectively solve such core problems as resources dependance,modeling approaches and actual combat environment faced in the actual combat teaching of public security through real combat oriented virtual data generation,multi-type fusion modeling omni-directional cooperative operation scene construction.The practical teaching practice of data policing in the terrorist attack scenario is carried out in the virtual confrontation battle room according to the integrated teaching and training process of“monitoring→prediction→early warning→decision-making”,providing a systematic and innovative theoretical reference for improving the effect of practical teaching and constructing a forward-looking teaching model.
