摘要
提出了一种C4ISR系统网络节点信息价值评估方法。对C4ISR系统中网络节点功能特征进行了分析和研究,建立了信息价值评估指标体系,分析了各指标的关联因素和权重关系,建立了基于指标评估体系加权计算的节点信息价值评估方法。对节点信息价值的定量评估可为C4ISR系统节点信息效能的定性评估提供参考。
An approach to information value evaluation for C^4 ISR system network nodes has been presented. The functional characters of the network nodes in C^4 ISR system have been analyzed first. Then, the index for value evaluation has been constructed, After analyzing the correlative factors of the different indexes and the weight relations among them, we has presented an information value evaluation approach based on weight calculation. The quantitative estimation of information value for C^4 ISR nodes can provide a kind of reference for qualitative evaluation of effect analysis.
