智能时代中小学教师负担的问题表征及纾解 被引量:13

摘要 智能技术的快速发展推动了教育技术的持续进步,为教育的数字化转型提供了技术层面的支撑,但同时也为中小学教师的工作带来了负担。主要体现在教师工作内容繁杂多样,教师工作时间趋于异化,教师身心压力无形增加等。从技术实践的角度出发,教师负担的生成可归因于信息负载过重引发教师负担的持续生成,技术实践生疏导致教师工作愈感疲累,工具理性越位造成教师生存状态失衡。为了更好地应对智能时代的教师负担,应当提升中小学教师的技术素养,规范技术的使用,合理规划中小学教师的工作时间,调整技术实践的生态,以推动教师和技术的互利共生,自内而外地纾解智能时代的中小学教师负担。 The rapid development of intelligent technology promotes the continuous progress of educational technology and provides technical support for the digital transformation of education,but at the same time brings burden to the work of primary and secondary school teachers.It is mainly re-flected in the complexity and diversity of teachers'working contents,the alienation of teachers'working time,and the invisible increase of teachers'physical and mental pressure.From the perspec-tive of technological practice,the generation of teacher burden can be attributed to the excessive in-formation load that leads to the continuous generation of teachers'burden,the unfamiliar technologi-cal practice that leads to the more tired ness of teachers'work,and the offside of instrumental ratio-nality that leads to imbalance of teachers'living state.In order to better cope with the burden of teachers in the intelligent era,it is necessary to improve the technical literacy of primary and sec-ondary school teachers,standardize the use of technology,rationally plan the working hours of primary and secondary school teachers,adjust the ecology of technological practice to promote the mutual benefit between teachers and technology,and relieve the burden of primary and secondary school teachers in the intelligent era from both inside and outside.
