摘要
晚期前列腺癌病性本虚标实,本虚以脾肾亏虚为主,标实以“湿”“毒”“瘀”结聚下焦为主。黄元御中气理论可概括为“土枢四象,一气周流”,该理论以“左路木火升发,中焦土气斡旋,右路金水敛降”为主要内容,是指脾胃中气轮转,四维气机畅达,则全身气机流转,清浊复位。“黄芽汤”出自《四圣心源》,其立方以“肾寒土湿失运”为关键,通过崇阳补火、培土泻水以促进全身气机的流转,则“瘀”“湿”“毒”渐消缓散,为晚期前列腺癌的中医临床治疗提供了一种新思路。
Advanced prostate cancer is in the nature of root deficiency and branch excess,mainly manifested as spleen-kidney depletion and“dampness”,“toxin”,“stasis”congealing in the lower jiao(焦),respectively.HUANG Yuanyu's theory of center qi can be summarized as“four earth axes,one qi circulates around”.The main content of this theory is“the rise of wood fire on the left road,the mediation of earth qi in the middle jiao,and the convergence of gold water on the right road”.If the circulation of qi in the spleen and stomach and the flow of four-dimensional qi movement is smooth,the circulation of qi throughout the body will be unblocked,and theclear and the turbid will be separated and restored.Huangya Decoction(黄芽汤)comes from An Elucidation of Four Sages(《四圣心源》).It takes“loss of transportation due to kidney cold and earth dampness”as the key,and can promote the circulation of qi and dissipate“dampness”,“toxin”,“stasis”through warming yang and supplementing fire,banking up earth and draining water,providing a new idea for the clinical treatment of prostate cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
