Chaotic Sooty Tern Optimization Algorithm Based on Lévy Flight and Thermal Exchange and its Applications

摘要 为解决乌燕鸥算法对抗局部最优能力和寻优能力较低的问题,提出了一种混合Lévy飞行和热交换混沌乌燕鸥算法(LTCSTOA)。首先,采用Hénon混沌映射对算法种群初始化,保证算法种群多样性。其次,采用混合Lévy飞行和热交换算法的搜索策略,并在不同算法搜索阶段,引入自适应因子γ和自适应惯性权重,提高了算法的跳出局部区域的能力和收敛精度。最后,采用热交换算法对最优乌燕鸥个体进行扰动,提高算法的全局寻优能力。选用7个测试函数验证了不同改进策略的算法有效性,仿真结果表明:与其他算法相比,LTCSTOA算法收敛性能更优,具有较高的收敛精度、稳定性和鲁棒性。将LTCSTOA算法应用于二级斜齿圆柱齿轮传动机构可靠性轻量化设计,优化结果表明:与原设计相比,LTCSTOA算法获得的体积和重合度分别降低了约为51.86%和18.6%,实现了齿轮传动机构轻量化设计的目的。 A chaotic sooty tern optimization algorithm based on the Lévy flight(LF)and thermal exchange optimization(TEO)algorithm(LTCSTOA)was proposed to solve the problem of low anti-local optimal ability and searching ability of sooty tern optimization algorithm(STOA).The population was initialized by the Hénon chaos mapping to increase the diversity of population.A hybrid search strategy based on LF operator and TEO operator was proposed,and then the adaptive factorγand the adaptive inertia weight w were embedded into the different search stages of the algorithm to improve the ability of the algorithm to jump out of the local region and the convergence accuracy.Finally,the optimal individual of sooty tern was mutated by the TEO to improve the global optimization ability of the algorithm.Compared with other algorithms,7 test functions were selected to verify the effectiveness of the different improved algorithms.Compared with other algorithms,the LTCSTOA algorithm has better convergence performance,higher convergence accuracy,stability and robustness.The LTCSTOA algorithm was applied to the reliability lightweight design of the two-stage helical gear transmission mechanism.The optimization results show that compared with the original design,the volume and coincidence degree are reduced by about 51.86%and 18.6%,respectively.The purpose of the lightweight design of the gear transmission mechanism is realized.
