基于改进乌燕鸥算法的主动配电网优化调度 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高主动配电网运行经济性,提升风光利用率,提出了一种基于改进乌燕鸥算法AND优化调度方法。综合考虑ADN运行过程中的各类成本及售电收益,建立了以调度内ADN总成本的主动配电网优化调度模型。采用混沌初始化、免碰撞因子非线性变化、莱维飞行等方法对乌燕鸥算法进行改进,得到了优化性能更好的ISTOA算法。采用ISTOA算法对ADN优化调度模型进行求解,并与其他算法对比。结果表明,经ISTOA算法优化得到的ADN总成本为4 307.98元,在求解精度、进化代数和收敛时间方面均优于其他方法,验证了所提AND优化调度方法实用性和优越性。 In order to improve the operation economy of active distribution network AND enhance the utilization rate of wind and solar,a new scheduling method based on improved Urn algorithm was proposed.Considering all kinds of costs in ADN operation and income from electricity sales,an optimal scheduling model of active distribution network based on the total cost of ADN in scheduling is established.The ISTOA algorithm is improved by chaos initialization,collision-free factor nonlinear change and Levye flight.The ADN optimal scheduling model is solved by ISTOA algorithm and compared with other algorithms.The results show that the total cost of ADN optimized by ISTOA algorithm is 4307.98 yuan,which is superior to other methods in solving accuracy,evolutionary algebra AND convergence time,which verifies the practicability and superiority of the proposed AND optimized scheduling method.
