摘要
建立了两级内外啮合星型齿轮传动优化设计的数学模型,分析了系统的传动方案和约束条件,以中心距最小为目标函数,确定了主要优化设计参数.采用了以齿数、模数为离散变量和变位系数,齿数比等为连续变量的优化设计方法.过多的等式约束造成最优化时可行域减少,甚至找不到可行域,严重影响了优化设计的运行结果.鉴于此,发展了分级优化的方法,以齿数、模数为离散变量,变位系数、齿数比等为连续变量,运用M atlab中非线性有约束的多元函数fm incon求解,经过优化计算,得到主要优化设计参数.
The optimization design model of 2-stage star gear transmission is established. Transmission mechanism and restraint conditions were analyzed. Principal optimization design parameters are determined by taking minimum center distance as objective function. The optimization design method, which takes tooth number, modulus as discrete variables and modification coefficients as continuum variable, is adopted. Result of optimization design is badly influenced because of too many equation restraints, which reduce the feasible regions or even reduce them to zero. Therefore, a complex mode optimization method is developed. By taking tooth number and modulus as discrete variables and modification coefficients as continuum variables, by adopting nonlinear multivariable function fmincon in Matlab program, main optimization design parameters are gained.
