大豆蛋白纤维/精梳棉纤维50/509.8 tex混纺针织纱生产实践

摘要 为了解决大豆蛋白纤维易静电、可纺性能差的问题,开发大豆蛋白纤维/精梳棉纤维50/509.8 tex混纺针织纱,分析大豆蛋白纤维纺纱难点,制定养生处理方法以及混纺纱工艺流程,重点阐述开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒工序主要工艺配置及技术措施,并对隔距块和钢丝圈进行优选。通过成纱质量和捻接参数调整前后的筒纱质量对比,指出:做好原料预处理是确保大豆蛋白纤维纺纱正常的关键,梳棉工序是大豆蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺的关键工序;根据纤维性能和纺纱质量要求,合理选择各工序工艺原则,优化工艺参数及器材专件,严控车间温湿度等,是量化生产大豆蛋白纤维/精梳棉纤维50/509.8 tex混纺纱的保证。 In order to solve the problems of easy static electricity and poor spinnability of soybean protein fiber,50/509.8 tex blended knitting yarn of soybean protein fiber/combed cotton fiber is developed.The difficulties in spinning soybean protein fiber are analyzed,and the curing treatment methods and the process flow of blended yarn are formulated.The main process configurations and technical measures of the opening and cleaning,carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding processes are elaborated emphatically,and the spacer and traveler are selected.By comparing the quality of the spun yarn and the quality of the cheese yarn before and after the adjustment of the splicing parameters,it is pointed out that doing a good job in the pretreatment of raw materials is the key to ensuring the normal spinning of soybean protein fiber,and the carding process is the key process for the blending of soybean protein fiber and cotton fiber.Based on the performance of the fiber and the quality requirements of spinning,rationally selecting the technological principles of each process,optimizing the technological parameters and textile accessories and parts,and strictly controlling the temperature and relative humidity in the workshop,etc.,are the guarantees for the quantitative production of 50/509.8 tex blended yarn of soybean protein fiber/combed cotton fiber.
