摘要
本文介绍了一种适合低温气象条件的高压输电线路超声波除冰装置,并对该装置的最佳除冰频率展开了探究分析。文章首先概述了超声波除冰原理以及超声波除冰装置的基本构成和除冰流程。该装置主要包括夹持系统、除冰系统、动力系统三部分,利用夹持系统固定待除冰导线,然后由动力系统提供动力,驱动除冰系统发射超声波实现除冰。文章最后通过构建覆冰导线模型,仿真分析了超声波激励频率与应力幅值之间的关系。结果表明,激励频率越高,应力幅值越大,除冰效果越好。同时,确定超声波的最佳激励频率为70 kHz,此时可以在较低的技术成本下取得较好的除冰效果。
In this paper,a kind of ultrasonic deicing device for high voltage transmission lines suitable for low temperature meteorological conditions is introduced,and the optimal deicing frequency of the device is explored and analyzed.In this paper,the principle of ultrasonic deicing and the basic structure of ultrasonic deicing device and deicing process are summarized.The device mainly includes three parts:clamping system,deicing s ystem and power system.The clamping system is used to fix the wire to be deicing,and then the power system provides power to drive the deicing system to emit ultrasonic waves to achieve deicing.Finally,the relationship between ultrasonic excitation frequency and stress amplitude is simulated and analyzed by constructing a model of ice-covered wire.The results show that the higher the excitation frequency,the larger the stress amplitude and the better the deicing effect.At the same time,the optimal excitation frequency of ultrasonic wave is determined to be 70kHz,which can achieve better deicing effect at a lower technical cost.
