摘要
本文系统阐述了工业化高效太阳能电池,本文主要整理介绍了几种工业化量产或即将量产的几种高效的太阳能电池,根据衬底材料的不同,分为P型电池和N型电池,p型电池有传统BSF电池和PERC(PERC+)电池,N型电池有HJT、Topcon、IBC,TBC等电池,概括了这些太阳能电池的现状和一些研究进展,并分析了目前工业化太阳能电池的趋势。
This paper systematically expounds the industrially high-efficiency solar cells.This paper mainly introduces several kinds of high-efficiency solar cells that are industrially mass produced or are about to be mass produced.According to the different substrate materials,they are divided into P-type cells and N-type cells.P-type cells include traditional BSF cells and PERC(PERC+)cells.N-type cells include HJT,Topcon,IBC,TBC,etc.This paper summarizes the status quo and some research progress of these solar cells,The trend of industrialized solar cells is analyzed.
