摘要
利用DPS数据处理系统进行配方试验设计,对秀珍菇栽培配方与产量间的相关性进行分析,筛选出能实现高产的配方指导秀珍菇工厂化生产。结果表明,棉籽壳对秀珍菇有较为显著的增产效果,而桉树皮纤维、麦皮和豆粕对增产有极显著的影响。优化配方为桉树皮纤维27.3%、棉籽壳28.8%、细木屑10.0%、麦皮28.5%、豆粕5.4%。
DPS data processing system was used to design and analyze the formula experiment,and the correlation analysis between the formula of the cultivation raw materials and the yield was carried out to screen out the high-yield formula to guide the factory production of Pleurotus geesteranus.The results showed that the cottonseed shell has a significant effect on increasing the yield of P.geesteranus,while the eucalyptus bark fiber,wheat husk and soybean meal havevery significant effect on the yield increase.The optimal formula was eucalyptus bark fiber 27.3%,cottonseed shell 28.8%,fine wood chips 10.0%,wheat husk 28.5%,soybean meal 5.4%.
