摘要
为了探究适宜在工厂化环境栽培的平菇优良菌株,为平菇工厂化栽培品种选育提供参考依据,以来源不同的20份平菇资源为试验材料,测定了不同平菇菌株的满袋时间、菌丝长势、菌盖长度、菌柄长度、菌柄直径、菌盖厚度、菌盖颜色、单包产量、菌丝生长速率和生物学效率,并通过聚类热图分析的方法综合评价不同平菇菌株的农艺性状。结果表明,不同平菇资源之间的各性状指标差异较大,变异系数为7%~58%,当阈值处于5时可将供试的20份材料分为3个类群。聚类热图分析表明,黑色系的黑丰268、双抗黑平农艺性状相对较好,是非常有潜力的工厂化栽培品种。试验结果为平菇资源的工厂化挖掘利用和优良品种的选育提供了依据。
In order to explore the excellent strains of oyster mushroom suitable for factory cultivation and provide reference for the variety breeding of oyster mushroom in factory cultivation,20 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus from different sources were used as test materials,the bag-filling time,mycelium growth potential,cap length,stalk length,stalk diameter,cap thickness,cap color,yield per packet,mycelium growth rate and biological efficiency of different P.ostreatus strains were determined.The comprehensive agronomic traits of different P.ostreatus strains were analyzed and evaluated by clustering and heat map analysis.The results showed that there were rich genetic diversities,the coefficient of variation was 7%-58%,and 20 materials were divided into 3 groups in 5 places.The analysis of cluster heat map showed that the black strain Heifeng 268 and Shuangkangheiping strain were relatively good in agronomic traits and had great potential for industrial cultivation.The experimental results provided the basis for the industrial exploitation and utilization of P.ostreatus resources and the selection and breeding of excellent varieties.
