摘要
对22个秀珍菇栽培菌株及其近缘种的总DNA进行SRAP分析,5对引物共获得47条较为明显的扩增条带,其中包含9条菌株特异性标记条带。利用47条扩增条带对22个菌株进行聚类分析,获得亲缘关系树状图。结果显示:在14%的相似值上,22个菌株可以分为2大类群,而在100%相似值上,可分为大小10个类群,其中8个类群只包含单个菌株,其余2个类群分别包含4个和10个菌株。
Twenty -four cultivation strains of Pleurotus pulmonarius were studied by using the techniques of SRAP, and 47 rela- tive obvious DNA bands were amplified, among them there were 9 special bands for 6 strains. The strains were clustered based on the 47 DNA bands and a tree - shape map was obtained. The results showed that 24 strains could be divided into 2 groups at the similarity coefficient of 14% ; while at the similarity coefficient of 100%, the strains were divided into 10 groups, among them 8 groups all con- tained alone strain, and the other 2 groups contained 4 and 12 strains respectively.
