摘要
临床护理实践教学工作既是考验也是挑战,更是一种锻炼和提升,抓牢抓实临床线上教育教学,逐步建立与5G大数据时代相适应的在线教学工作机制,对于临床护理教学工作者来说,是一项重要的工作。目前,国内各种线上教学平台应运而生,广东省中医院研发“护惠教育云平台”,开展基于护惠平台的微格闭环教学模式探索。护惠教育云平台是一个云学习系统,医院护理部牵头按照专科分类,进行全院学习视频的编制及系统课程上传。该平台根据护士不同层级,推送相应的学习资料,护生及临床护理人员可通过电子设备随时随地进行针对性的专科学习。护生在护惠教育平台上打卡、学习、参加课程考核、评价课程质量,教师在平台上反馈考核结果予学生,回答学生提出的问题,体现了微格闭环教学的特点。
Clinical nursing practice teaching is not only a test and a challenge,but also a kind of exercise and improvement.It is an important work for clinical nursing teaching instructors to firmly carry out clinical online education and teaching and gradually establish an online teaching mechanism that is compatible with the 5G big data era.At present,various online teaching platforms have emerged in China,and“Huhui Education Cloud Platform”is developed by Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to explore a closed-loop microteaching mode based on the platform.The Cloud Platform is a cloud learning system where the hospital nursing department takes the lead in the preparation of hospital-wide learning videos and uploading of systematic courses according to specialty classification.The platform pushes corresponding learning materials to nurses according to their different levels so that nursing students and clinical nursing staff can conduct targeted specialty learning anytime and anywhere through electronic devices.The platform allows nursing students toclock in,study course,take course assessment and evaluate the quality of course and teachers togive the feedback of assessment results to students on the platform and answer questions raised by students,reflecting the characteristics of closed-loop microteaching.
