摘要
目的 分析在儿童腺样体肥大诊断中鼻咽部侧位片的价值。方法 选取广州市黄埔区九龙镇中心卫生院2021年3月11日-2022年8月11日收治的21例腺样体肥大患儿资料进行回顾性研究,入选对象均行鼻咽部侧位X线片检查。结果 纳入研究的21例患儿鼻咽部侧位X线片均获得满意的诊断效果,诊断符合率90.48%。统计调查显示:纳入研究的21例患儿中,不同程度睡眠打鼾症状者18例,其中A/N值0.71~0.80(n=12),PAS值2~3mm(n=11);伴有不同程度的张口呼吸或呼吸暂停者16例,其中A/N值0.71~0.80(n=12),PAS值2~3mm(n=11);不同程度听力受损者9例,A/N值0.71~0.80(n=6),PAS值2~3mm(n=6)。结论 在儿童腺样体肥大的诊断中,鼻咽部侧位片诊断符合率高且操作难度低、对设备要求小、安全系数高,借助A/N值和PAS能够比较全面客观地反映患儿腺样体肥大的程度,为临床治疗提供更为有效的理论数据;同时该方法可为患儿的预后作出良好的预测,具有良好的应用价值,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To analyze the value of lateral radiograph of nasopharynx in the diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods The data of 21 children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to the Jiulong Town Central Health Center in Huangpu District of Guangzhou from March 11,2021 to August 11,2022 were retrospectively studied.All the selected subjects were examined with lateral X-ray films of nasopharynx.Results The lateral X-ray films of nasopharynx of 21 children included in the study achieved satisfactory diagnostic results,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.48%.Statistical investigation showed that 21 children included in the study had snoring symptoms at different levels(n=18),including A/N value of 0.71~0.80(n=12)and PAS value of 2~3mm(n=11).16 children had different degrees of mouth opening breathing or apnea,with A/N value 0.71~0.80(n=12),and PAS value 2~3mm(n=11).9 children had hearing loss of different degrees,with A/N value 0.71~0.80(n=6),and PAS value 2~3mm(n=6).Conclusion In the diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy in children,lateral radiograph of nasopharynx not only has a high diagnostic compliance rate,but also has low operation difficulty,low requirements for equipment,and high safety factor.With the help of A/N value and PAS,the degree of adenoid hypertrophy in children can be reflected comprehensively and objectively,providing more effective theoretical data for clinical treatment;at the same time,this method can make a good prediction for the prognosis of children.It has good application value and is worthy of clinical reference.
