摘要
赶枨结构是指明式家具框架结构中地平面水平方向上与腿足垂直相交的系列横枨的组合结构。其主要分布在家具的前后、两侧、下盘处,用于加固和稳定腿足,显著提升了明式家具框架结构的力学性能。从赶枨结构的实用功能出发,以其在家具中的分布位置和不同的组织形式为划分依据,对明式椅凳类家具中的赶枨结构与辅助性构件进行分类,并按照所划分的不同结构类型梳理和归纳不同赶枨结构的构造特征和构造原理。研究结果表明,明式家具赶枨结构是科学与艺术的结合体,赶枨结构在腿足间位置的不同、枨子间位置关系的变换包括搭配构件的使用,均与家具整体结构的稳固有关。这对于国家非物质文化的传承与弘扬及明式家具理论的研究具有意义和价值。
The stretchers structure is a composite structure of a series of horizontal casts that intersect vertically with the legs and feet in the horizontal direction of the ground plane in the Ming-style furniture frame structure.It is mainly distributed in the front and back,both sides,and footwall of the furniture,where it is used to reinforce and stabilize the legs and feet and significantly improve the mechanical properties of the Ming-style furniture frame structure.Starting from the practical function of the stretchers structure,this paper classifies the stretchers structure and auxiliary components in the Ming-style chair and stool based on their distribution position and different organizational forms in the furniture,and combs and summarizes the structural characteristics and principles of different stretchers structures according to the different structural types.The research results show that the stretchers structure of the Ming-style furniture is a combination of science and art.The different positions of the structure between the legs and the feet and the transformation of the position relationship between the stretchers,including the use of the matching components,are all related to the stability of the overall structure of the furniture.This is of great significance and value for the inheritance and promotion of national intangible culture and the research of Ming-style furniture theory.
