摘要
随着装配式建筑在绿色建造和建筑工业化领域的快速发展,相关研究成果呈现爆发式增长,但系统性梳理与可视化分析仍显不足。基于CiteSpace知识图谱工具,以Web of Science(WOS)数据库中2009年至2024年的装配式建筑研究文献为样本,通过关键词共现分析、关键词突现分析、作者合作网络及机构分布图谱等方法,揭示该领域的研究现状、研究热点及前沿趋势。研究发现,装配式建筑研究聚焦于信息化技术的应用、环境可持续性和抗震性能三大主题,且近年来研究重心逐步向供应链弹性与新材料的应用方向迁移。本文通过可视化分析为后续研究提供理论参考,并指出当前研究在跨学科融合与实践验证方面的不足,为未来研究方向提出建议。
With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings in the fields of green construction and construction industrialization,related research has grown explosively.However,systematic reviews and visual analyses remain relatively insufficient.Based on CiteSpace,a knowledge graph tool,this study takes research literature on prefabricated buildings from 2009 to 2024 in the Web of Science(WoS)database as its data source.Through methods such as keyword co-occurrence analysis,keyword burst analysis,author collaboration networks,and institutional distribution graph,the study reveals the current research landscape,hotspots,and frontier trends in this field.The findings indicate that research on prefabricated buildings primarily focuses on three key themes:the application of digital technologies,environmental sustainability,and seismic performance.In recent years,the research emphasis has gradually shifted toward supply chain resilience and the application of new materials.This study provides a theoretical reference for future research through visual analysis and highlights current limitations in interdisciplinary integration and practical validation,thereby offering suggestions for future research directions.
