摘要
针对传统乡村规划信息化管理系统二维地图的不直观、规划效果模糊、无法与拟真环境联动等问题,该文利用三维可视化技术,以倾斜摄影实景三维模型为基础、通过Context Capture软件构建实景三维模型。以桂林市全州县屏山渡村为研究原型进行三维可视化环境设计规划平台构建。基于实景三维模型对研究区进行识别分析、环境信息提取,从而辅助乡村更加科学合理地规划,做到整体把控,实现对乡村规划信息化管理和乡村模型三维可视化构建,动态实时展示设计预案,在乡村振兴的战略导向下为智慧乡村平台搭建提供技术参考。
In order to address the problems of the traditional rural planning information management system,such as unintuitive two-dimensional maps,blurred planning effects and inability to link with the real environment,this paper uses three-dimensional visualization technology to build a realistic three-dimensional model based on oblique photography and Context Capture software.Using the 3D visualization technology to construct a 3D model based on the oblique photography 3D model and the Context Capture software,a 3D visualization environment design and planning platform is established.Based on the real-world 3D model,the study area is identified and analyzed,environmental information is extracted,thus assisting the village to plan more scientifically and rationally,achieving overall control,realizing information management of village planning and 3D visualization of the village model,dynamically displaying the design plan in real time,and providing technical reference for the construction of a smart village platform under the strategic guidance of rural revitalization.
