摘要
基于对提高非煤矿山安全水平关键性问题的研究,首先,阐述非煤矿山现状。然后,分析非煤矿山安全问题,其中包括源头上的安全隐患以及法律体系有待完善等问题。最后,为提升提高非煤矿山安全水平,给出加强资源整合工作、完善法律法规、加强工作队伍建设等措施。
Based on the research on the key issues of improving the safety level of non coal mines,firstly,the current situation of non coal mines is described.Then,it analyzes the non coal mine safety problems,including the source of the security risks and the legal system to be improved.Finally,in order to improve the safety level of non coal mines,measures are given to strengthen the integration of resources,improve laws and regulations,and strengthen the construction of working team.
