摘要
目的探讨优质护理结合电话回访对老年白内障日间手术患者视力改善的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院眼科收治的110例老年白内障日间手术患者为研究对象,按随机信封法将其分入对照组和观察组,各55例。2组患者均进行电话回访,对照组患者在此基础上接受常规护理,观察组患者基于对照组的干预方法实施优质护理。比较2组患者的视力、角膜水肿程度、并发症发生率、护理依从性及生活质量。结果术后1 d及术后1周,2组间视力对比均未见统计学差异(P均>0.05);术后2周,观察组的视力较对照组更优(P<0.05)。术后2周,观察组的角膜水肿程度轻于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,用药、用眼和饮食依从性评分均比对照组更高(P均<0.05)。术后2周,2组的中文版低视力者生活质量量表评分均高于术前(P均<0.05),且观察组比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论老年白内障日间手术患者接受优质护理结合电话回访更有助于其恢复视力,减轻角膜水肿程度,提升护理依从性和生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing combined with telephone follow-up on the improvement of visual acuity in elderly cataract patients undergoing day surgery.Methods A total of 110 elderly cataract patients undergoing day surgery in the Department of Ophthalmology at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random envelope method,with 55 patients in each group.The patients in both groups received telephone follow-up.The patients in the control group additionally received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing based on the intervention method of the control group.The visual acuity,degree of corneal edema,incidence of complications,nursing compliance,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups on the 1st day and the 1st week after surgery(both P>0.05).On the 2nd week after surgery,the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 2nd week after surgery,the degree of corneal edema and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of medication,eye use,and diet compliance were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).On the 2nd week after surgery,the scores of the Chinese version of the Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire in both groups were higher than those before surgery(both P<0.05),and the observation group had a higher score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing combined with telephone follow-up for elderly cataract patients undergoing day surgery can help recover their visual acuity,alleviate their corneal edema,improve their nursing compliance and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
