摘要
探讨优质护理在老年白内障患者围术期护理中的应用效果。选取2023年10月-2024年9月南通市中医院收治的126例行手术治疗的老年白内障患者进行回顾性分析,按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,比较两组临床指标(术后视力、眼压、视网膜中心厚度)、并发症发生率、健康知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组临床指标改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康知识掌握度各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,优质护理可有效改善老年白内障患者围术期临床指标,包括提高视力、降低眼压、改善视网膜中央厚度,同时减少并发症发生率,提升患者健康知识掌握度和护理满意度。
To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in perioperative care for elderly patients with cataract.A retrospective analysis was conducted on 126 elderly cataract patients undergoing surgical treatment admitted to Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to September 2024.They were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality nursing.The clinical indicators(postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure,central retinal thickness),complication incidence,health knowledge mastery,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the improvement degree of clinical indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication incidence in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of health knowledge mastery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).It is concluded that high-quality nursing can effectively improve the perioperative clinical indicators of elderly cataract patients,including improving visual acuity,reducing intraocular pressure,and improving central retinal thickness,while reducing the incidence of complications and improving patients'health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction.
