摘要
该文以“提高综合设计质量、优化线路运行能力、提升建设投资效用”为目标,统筹考虑正线与车辆基地,通过上海轨道交通20条新线与既有线工程不同阶段的信号系统第三方运行能力全局精细化仿真工作、影响正线运行能力关键要素的分析总结,对工程不同阶段的具体作用、信号系统运行能力仿真指标体系与各运行能力仿真指标精细化仿真方法进行了系统化阐述,并结合示例对交路方案运行能力进行了全局评判。提出内容有利于对工程方案的信号系统运行能力效果研判达成共识,并通过“效果预知、及早优化、量化论证”驱动综合设计高质量提升。
With the goal of"improving the quality of comprehensive design,optimizing the line operation capacity,and improving the effectiveness of construction investment",considering the main line and depot as a whole,through the analysis and summary of the global refined simulation of the third party's operation capability of the signal system in different stages of 20 new lines and existed lines of Shanghai rail transit projects,and the key factors affecting the operation capability of the main line,the specific effect of different stages of the project,the operation capability simulation index system of signal system and the refined simulation method of each operation capability simulation index are systematically described,and the operation capability of the route plan is comprehensively evaluated with examples.The proposed content is conducive to reaching a consensus on the research and judgment of the effect of the signal system operation capability of the project plan,and driving the high-quality improvement of the comprehensive design through"effect prediction,early optimization,quantitative demonstration".
