摘要
对MES的内涵特点以及在定制家居企业中的应用现状进行研究,发现MES系统在定制家居企业的设备管理方面仍有欠缺,同时经过调研得出目前定制家居企业的设备管理存在设备信息更新同步慢、事后维修为主和备件管理欠缺三大问题。基于此,根据智能制造车间的设备布局和各工序故障时长的统计确认设备管控的重点是封边设备,并应用ABC分类法对备件进行分级管理;同时建立MES系统的设备管理子系统,由数据管理、点检管理、维修管理和备件管理4个模块构成,通过数据管理实现对设备静态数据和动态数据的管理,通过点检管理实现线上点检功能,通过维修管理实现故障上报、维修记录和结果与评价等功能,通过备件管理实现备件数据库的建立,并根据备件等级的不同实行定期存储或定量存储的管理方法。该系统可提高设备管理的信息化和智能化程度,完善设备管控方法,提升设备生产的连续性,同时为MES在定制家居企业中的深化应用和智能化开发提供参考。
Based on the research of the connotation and characteristics of Manufacturing Execution System(MES),the research status of MES in customized household enterprises was analyzed.It found that there still existed imperfections in equipment management for MES of customized household enterprises.At the same time,through the investigation of the current situation of equipment management in customized household enterprises,there remained three major equipment management problems in aspects of slow synchronization of equipment information updating,main maintenance in hindsight,and lacking of spare parts management.Based on this,according to the equipment layout of the intelligent manufacturing workshop and the statistics of the failure time of each process,the edge banding equipment was confirmed as the focus of controlled equipment,and the ABC classification method was applied to manage the spare parts by level.At the same time,the equipment management subsystem of the MES with four modules of data management,inspection management,maintenance management and spare parts management was established.Data management can realize the management of static and dynamic data of equipment.Inspection management can realize online inspection function.Maintenance management can realize functions such as fault reporting,maintenance records,results and evaluation of service.While the spare parts management can implement the management of regular storage or quantitative storage according to the different level of spare parts by establishing spare parts database.The construction of the equipment management subsystem of MES can improve not only the informatization and intelligence of equipment management,equipment management and control methods,but also the continuity of equipment production,which will provide a reference for the in-depth application and intelligent development of MES in customized household enterprises.
