中药对皮肤微生态调节作用的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 人体皮肤上所寄生的大量皮肤微生物群,与宿主及外界环境构成了皮肤微生态系统,而皮肤微生态平衡与机体皮肤疾病之间存在着密切的联系。同时,中药可以通过调控皮肤微生物群去调节皮肤微生态,恢复皮肤微生态平衡。笔者拟从阐述皮肤微生态概念、皮肤微生物群与皮肤疾病的关系、中药调控皮肤微生态机制、中药通过调节皮肤微生态治疗皮肤疾病的研究进展4个方面去探讨中药对皮肤微生态的调节作用,为明确中药治疗皮肤疾病作用机制和开发中药提供新的思路。未来,学者应致力于从皮肤微生态的角度去开发高效、低毒的皮肤病防治药物,研制临床疗效确切、价格低廉、不良反应小和安全性高的中药制剂,为中药在皮肤科的广泛应用奠定理论基础。 A large number of skin microbiota parasitized on human skin constitute a skin microecology with the host and the external environment,and there is a close relationship between skin microecology balance and skin diseases.At the same time,Chinese medicine can regulate skin microecology and restore skin microecology balance by regulating skin microbiota.The author intends to discuss the regulating effect of Chinese medicine on skin microecology from four aspects,including the concept of skin microecology,the relationship between skin microbiota and skin diseases,the mechanism of Chinese medicine regulating skin mi⁃croecology and the research progress of Chinese medicine treating skin diseases by regulating skin microecology,so as to provide new ideas for clarifying the mechanism of Chinese medicine treating skin diseases and developing traditional Chinese medicine.In the future,scholars should devote themselves to developing highly effective and low toxic skin disease prevention and treatment drugs from the perspective of skin microecology,and developing Chinese medicine preparations with definite clinical efficacy,low price,small side effects and high safety,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the extensive application of Chinese medicine in dermatology.
