基于层次分析法的头皮舒缓功效评价模型构建及应用

摘要 通过对头皮舒缓相关机制的分析以及现有舒缓功效评价方法的梳理,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建头皮舒缓功效评价模型,确定了头皮舒缓功效不同维度与实验方式的权重差异。结果表明,基于专家权威系数为0.794,该评价模型中“抑制炎症反应”维度占最大权重39.48%,其次是“修护头皮屏障”维度,权重为31.33%,“保护感受神经”和“调节头皮微生态”权重相对较低,分别为18.83%和10.34%,不同维度中“生化测试”、“分子细胞测试”、“离体组织测试”和“人体测试”4种实验方式的权重也有所差异。该模型可有效区分不同头皮舒缓产品的实际功效,驻留型产品表现优于洗去型产品,直观呈现作用维度差异。在原料选择、配方筛选及产品功效评估中展现多维评价优势,并对发用产品开发提供定量化评价工具。 Through an analysis of scalp soothing mechanisms and a systematic review of existing efficacy evaluation methods,this study constructed a scalp soothing efficacy assessment model using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The model quantified weight differences across efficacy dimensions and experimental approaches.Results indicated an expert authority coefficient of 0.794,with the dimension"inhibition of inflammatory response"holding the highest weight(39.48%),followed by"scalp barrier repair"(31.33%)."Protection of sensory nerves"and"regulation of scalp microecology"exhibited lower weights(18.83%and 10.34%,respectively).Among experimental methods,weights for biochemical testing,molecular/cellular testing,ex vivo tissue testing,and human testing varied significantly across dimensions.The model effectively differentiated the efficacy of scalp soothing products,demonstrating superior performance of leave-on products over rinse-off products and visualizing dimensional efficacy disparities.Its multidimensional evaluation advantages support ingredient selection,formulation screening,and product efficacy assessment,providing a quantitative tool for hair care product development.
