摘要
痤疮属于常见毛囊皮脂腺慢性炎症性皮肤病,中医学认为该病病因包括肺经蕴热、脾胃湿热、肝气郁火等,西医认为其发病与雄激素异常、皮脂分泌过多等因素存在关联。中药外治法具有操作方便、药效可直达病所、不良反应少等优势,现已成为临床治疗痤疮的常用手段,筛选安全有效的中药外用制剂意义重大。茶素柠檬合剂系临床经验方,采用微生物鲜药发酵技术制成喷剂且该方药效和安全性已经大量临床实践验证,在痤疮外用治疗中展现出了明显的优势,为痤疮的中医外治提供了新的选择和指导。
Acne is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease of the pilosebaceous unit.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the causes of the disease include lung heat,spleen and stomach damp-heat,and liver qi stagnation and fire,while Western medicine believes that its occurrence is related to abnormal androgens and excessive sebum secretion.Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods have the advantages of convenient operation,direct drug effect on the lesion,and fewer adverse reactions,and have become a common means of clinical acne treatment.Screening safe and effective external traditional Chinese medicine preparations is of great significance.Tea polyphenol and lemon syrup is a clinical experience formula,prepared as a spray using microbial fresh drug fermentation technology,and its efficacy and safety have been verified by a large number of clinical practices.It has shown significant advantages in the external treatment of acne and provides a new choice and guidance for the external treatment of acne in traditional Chinese medicine.
