摘要
基于系统性与全面性原则、目标一致性、可操作性、可重复性验证、结合实际等五大原则,在“破五唯”背景下,构建了综合高职院校教师科研评价体系,坚持多元评价、多维评价,侧重于应用服务导向,加大科研与社会服务贡献度的权重,并运用层次分析法进行了权重确定,形成量表,以供高职院校进行教师科研评价时参考使用。
Based on the five principles of system and comprehensiveness,goal consistency,operability,repeatability verification and combination of practice,in the context of"breaking the five standards",a comprehensive higher vocational college teachers'scientific research evaluation system was constructed,insisting on diversified evaluation,taking practice as the main direction,paying attention to the weight of scientific research and social service contribution,and using hierarchical analysis to determine the weights and form a system for reference use by higher vocational colleges when conducting teachers'scientific research evaluation.
