摘要
高校科研评价应积极探索以质量为导向、以服务创新人才培养为根本任务的机制,加强教学部门与科研部门的协同,在教学评估中提高科研创新融入教学的考核权重;在科研评价中加大对科研成果及时转化为教学成果的引导,鼓励并推动各层次学生参与科学研究的全过程;在教师职称评定上不断探索科研促进教学、教学推动科研、科研与教学并重的制度设计。这对促进科研与教学的有机结合,保证科研可持续发展,提升科研成果的育人效益具有重要意义,能为建设人力资源强国和创新型国家提供有力支持。
Evaluation of scientific research should be explored quality-oriented in university. And the evaluation should be a fundamental task mechanism for service innovation talent training. The synergy of teaching departments and research departments should be strengthened during science research implementation. The assessment weight of innovation into teaching evaluation is promoted gradually. Any behavior of transferring research achievements into teaching achievements is encouraged and guided in the process of research evaluation. Students are also encouraged and promoted to participate in the whole process of scientific research. Some designs of system such as scientific research and teaching promoted each other, same emphasis on research and teaching are explored constantly in evaluation of professional titles. All these measures above have important significance in promoting the organic integration of scientific research and teaching, promoting sustainable development of scientific development and enhancing educational benefits of scientific research. And strong support could be provided for building rich in human resources and innovation-oriented country.
